All furniture sales are final. We will gladly replace defective or missing parts at no additional charge.
Petitnest.com will exchange or refund all non-furniture orders within 14 days of purchase. If any of our non-furniture merchandise is defective, or does not otherwise meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchanged only if returned within 14 days of the date of receipt and in accordance with the following requirements. You must notify PetitNest before attempting a return - unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original petitnest.com sales receipt. Opened merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the delivery of your purchase. Merchandise that you purchased from locations other than this site will not be accepted. Additionally, merchandise purchased on this site cannot be returned under this policy to any other location.
All purchases of sales items are final. No returns or exchanges will be honored for sale items.
Shipping prices are for curbside delivery only. An additional charge will be added to your order for carry-in delivery. Please note in your order that you wish to have the items brought into your home.
If you return merchandise for a refund within 14 days of delivery, the refund will be processed and credited to the same account to which your purchase was originally billed. Please allow up to two weeks from the date on which your merchandise is received by us for your account to be credited.
If you return merchandise for exchange within 14 days of delivery, you may make an exchange for the same item (if the original was defective), or for different item(s) of equal or lesser value available on this site.
Please return merchandise to us at the address below through a delivery service that provides a tracking number and also requires a signature for verification of receipt (for example, FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS registered mail). Please ensure that your package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid. We do not accept returns via COD.
