Indulge Your Nesting Instinct PetitNest Nursery Furniture Launches

It’s easy to get sidetracked by the less-than-glamorous side effects of pregnancy (is that a ripe cucumber we smell?). But we found a way to distract ourselves from the unexplainable waves of nausea: obsessing over building a nest for our little bird.

Direct your attention to PetitNest, a new collection of nursery furniture from HGTV Design Star finalist Lonni Paul and actress Tiffani Thiessen. We’re not ones to care about star power, but the cribs, gliders, and dressers are showstoppers.

We got a sneak peek last week and were wowed by the all-wood, handcrafted construction. But what we appreciated most was that several pieces can work beyond the nursery. We’re imaging the Alouette dresser as a dining room buffet and the Odette glider for novel-reading once baby is grown — and pregnancy brain is a distant memory.
